ME IN A REEL

I started in the film industry during the days of tape and film, learning how to edit using tape-based systems & Reel to Reel. As time progressed and Non-Linear editing systems became the norm, I embraced the new technology and further crafted my skills, after endless hours on Final Cut Pro 7 I became one of the first experts of it in South Africa. Apple approached me to start teaching other editors on how to use these systems. I missed telling stories through film and came back to the industry where I worked as Offline Editor at Post Production Facilities, where I got to edit a wide variety of commercials, AV’s and music videos.
